INGREDIENTS

Simple Syrup

1 L water

4 cups granulated sugar

 

Raspberry Lime Fizz

4 oz gin

2 oz simple syrup (or more, to taste)

¼ cup fresh raspberries (10-12)

Montellier™ Sparkling Water with Lime Lime slices

Ice

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Simple Syrup

1. In a saucepan, heat water and sugar over medium-high heat until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Remove from the heat and allow syrup to cool to room temperature.

3. Store in small jars or bottles and refrigerate until needed.

Raspberry Lime Fizz

1. Place 2-3 ice cubes in each glass.

2. Add the fresh raspberries and lime slices.

3. Pour gin, then the simple syrup over fruit and ice.

4. Pour Montellier™ Sparkling Water with Lime to taste.

Stir and adjust with extra simple syrup, if required.
