Mango Clementine Mocktail

A perfect mocktail for hot summer days!

2 Portion


1 ½ cups Montellier sparkling clementine water

2 clementine slices

2 thyme sprigs

A few ice cubes, to serve

For the mango syrup

½ cup frozen mango

3 tbsp. sugar

3 tbsp. water


1. In a blender, blend mango with sugar and water until smooth.

2. Divide mango purée between four glasses, then fill each glass halfway with ice cubes.

3. Carefully pour the sparkling water into the glasses, then add a sprig of thyme to each glass, stir and serve.
