CLEMENTINE CHIA PUDDING WITH GRANOLA AND ROASTED ALMONDS

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ can Montellier sparkling clementine water
1 cup vanilla yogurt
½ cup granola
1 tbsp. chopped toasted almond
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds and ½ can clementine sparkling water. Let stand in the fridge for at least two hours.
2. In two bowls, layer chia pudding with vanilla yogurt and granola.
3. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
