BASILIC PEACH

Here’s a great recipe for a fresh, tasty cocktail for summer afternoons or festive Fridays!

PORTION 1

INGREDIENTS

3 peach pieces

6 Basil leaves

3/4 oz Simple syrup

0.5 oz Lime juice

2 dashes Amer Peychaud

1.5 oz Vodka

Clementine Montellier

Garnish: basil leaf and peach wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a shaker, crush the peach pieces with a pestle.

2. Massage the basil with your fingers to bring out the oils, then add to the shaker.

3. Add the simple syrup, lime juice, bitters and vodka.

4. Shake vigorously.

5. Fill serving glass with ice and pour entire shaker, double straining liquid.

6. Top up with Montellier Clementine
