MANGO & MINT

MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

1 large mango, cut into cubes (or 1 ½ cup frozen and thawed mango cubes)

10 to 12 fresh mint leaves

Some ice cubes

1 L sparkling water Montellier with lime (look for the blue bottle)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a hand blender, grind the mango with 4 to 5 mint leaves to obtain a smooth coulis, then pour the mixture into a pitcher.

2. Add the rest of the mint leaves, a few ice cubes and the sparkling water. Stir, then serve.
