VIRGIN MARGARITA

There’s nothing better than a little sparkling mocktail for an after-work hangout with friends! Here’s a Virgin Margarita recipe made with Montellier lime sparkling water to delight your guests.

PREPARATION: 10 MINS

 

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup room temperature water to dilute the honey
3 egg whites
Juice of 3 limes
2 cups lime sparkling water (1/2 cup per glass)
Ice cubes to fill the shaker 3/4 full

For serving
2 ice cubes per glass
Mint
1 lime slice per glass

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in the shaker except the sparkling water.
  2. Shake vigorously. Pour into 4 glasses with some ice and add 1/2 cup of sparkling water to each glass.
  3. Serve with mint and a slice of lime.
