

THE SPICY MANGO CLEMENTINE
With Montellier Clementine, it’s time to take #cocktailfriday to the next level. Paired with agave spirits from our collaborator Comont, it’s the perfect blend of summer flavors we love with a little spicy touch!
1 PORTION
INGREDIENTS
Rim: Hawaiian black salt
1/4 green jalapeño
4 pieces frozen mango
2 dashes of Orange Bitter
0.5 oz Agave syrup
0.25 oz Lime juice
1 oz Comont Agave spirit
Montellier Clementine
Garnish: skewer with mango, jalapeño, and clementine
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Prepare the rim on a serving glass in advance.
2. Muddle the mango pieces and jalapeños with a muddler in a shaker.
3. Add ice and all ingredients (except for Montellier).
4. Shake vigorously.
5. In the serving glass, fill with ice, then double strain the shaker contents into the glass.
6. Top up with Montellier Clementine.
7. Add the garnish and serve.
