THE GRIOTTE LIME

Have you ever tasted cherry liqueur? A local product by Comont – Master Distillers, which pairs wonderfully with Montellier lime in this cocktail.

PORTION 1

INGREDIENTS

0.5 oz Simple syrup

0.25 oz Lime juice

1.5 oz Comont Griotte Liqueur

0.5 oz Traditional Gin

Montellier Lime

Garnish: Lime slice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put all the ingredients directly into the glass with ice.

2. Stir with a bar spoon to avoid separation.

3. Serve.
