PEACH, GRAPEFRUIT & ROSEMARY PUNCH

INGREDIENTS

1 bottle of 1L Montellier grapefruit flavored sparkling water

2 sprigs of rosemary

Ice to add just before serving

For the Peach Syrup

2 cups of diced peaches

1 cup of water

1/2 cup of sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan, over high heat, bring all the ingredients for the syrup to a boil. Reduce the heat, then simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep the peaches tender.
  2. Strain the mixture through a sieve to collect the syrup, then let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
  3. Place the peach syrup at the bottom of the pitcher and add the sprigs of rosemary.
  4. Fill the pitcher 3/4 full with ice.
  5. Fill the pitcher with Montellier grapefruit sparkling water and serve.
