

PEACH, GRAPEFRUIT & ROSEMARY PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle of 1L Montellier grapefruit flavored sparkling water
2 sprigs of rosemary
Ice to add just before serving
For the Peach Syrup
2 cups of diced peaches
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium saucepan, over high heat, bring all the ingredients for the syrup to a boil. Reduce the heat, then simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep the peaches tender.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to collect the syrup, then let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Place the peach syrup at the bottom of the pitcher and add the sprigs of rosemary.
- Fill the pitcher 3/4 full with ice.
- Fill the pitcher with Montellier grapefruit sparkling water and serve.
