MONTELLIER LEMONADE

Lemonade is even better with the sparkling touch of Montellier! A perfect recipe for sunny days!

6 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

5 lemons (4 for juice, 1 for decoration)

1 cup of sugar + 1 cup of water (or 1 cup of simple syrup)

4-5 cups of fresh water

2 cans or 1 bottle of Montellier lemon sparkling water

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1- Combine 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

2- Squeeze 4 lemons to yield about 1 cup of juice.

3- Pour the lemon juice and the sugar-water mixture into a pitcher. Add 4 to 5 cups of water and stir well (adjust the amount of water to your preference).

4- Refrigerate the lemonade to cool it completely.

5- To serve, fill glasses 2/3 full with lemonade and 1/3 with Montellier lemon sparkling water.

6- Add a few lemon slices for decoration (optional).
