MONTELLIER PEAR AND VANILLA MOCKTAIL

Savor the sweetness of pear, enhanced by a hint of vanilla in this refined mocktail. Perfect for any alcohol-free occasion, it’s fresh, delicate, and full of flavor

Ingredients:

3 cups pear juice

1 tbsp.maple syrup

2 vanilla branches, halved lenghtwise

1 cup Montellier natural carobonated spring water

1 lemon

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

4 sprigs thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Add pear juice, maple syrup and vanilla pods to pitcher. Stir a few times to release the beans. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

2. Just before serving, prepare glasses by rubbing a lemon or lime wedge around the rim. Pour cinnamon sugar onto a flat plate. Dip glasses in cinnamon sugar to coat.

3. Pour a cup of sparkling water into the pitcher and stir (just before serving to preserve the fizz).

4. Add ice to each glass. Fill each glass with the vanilla-pear sparkling mocktail mix. Garnish each glass with a vanilla pod and thyme sprigs (optional)
