Montellier Mocktail Pear Vanilla

Enjoy the sweetness of pear, enhanced by a touch of vanilla in this refined mocktail. Ideal for all your alcohol-free occasions, it is both fresh, delicate, and full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of pear juice
  • 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  • 2 vanilla pods cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup of Montellier Natural Sparkling Spring Water

Glass Decoration:

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon sugar
  • 4 Sprigs of thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the pear juice, maple syrup, and vanilla pods to a pitcher. Stir a few times to release the vanilla flavor. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  2. When ready to serve, prepare the glasses by rubbing a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Pour the cinnamon sugar onto a flat plate. Dip the glasses into the cinnamon sugar to coat the rims.
  3. Pour one cup of sparkling water into the pitcher and stir (just before serving to preserve the fizz).
  4. Add ice to each glass. Fill each glass with the sparkling pear-vanilla mocktail mix.
  5. Garnish each glass with a vanilla pod and sprigs of thyme (optional).
